With over 25+ years of executive leadership experience, Amy Larkin is a highly skilled former business executive who has played a pivotal role in scaling and transforming organizations.

 

Amy played a key role in Under Armour’s (18+ years) meteoric rise from a small start-up with 20 employees to a global brand with 17,000 teammates worldwide. She was instrumental in assembling leadership teams alongside the CEO and driving brand marketing, HR, and culture initiatives that propelled the company to success. Amy also worked as Chief Business Officer for War Horse Cities/JSP Ventures where she lead business operations, brand strategy, and team development for the JSP Ventures portfolio, a private equity firm, which included seven companies. 

 

Amy is passionate about helping businesses achieve strategic growth and operational excellence. Throughout her career, Amy has developed a reputation as a trusted advisor to CEOs, C-suite executives, and boards of directors. Her ability to assess and develop talent, navigate complex leadership challenges, and implement strategic plans has positioned her as a go-to expert for companies looking to achieve sustainable success.

Amy enjoys fitness, beach time, and cheering on her children’s sports teams. She is also actively involved in empowering and mentoring young high school and collegiate level women eager to explore career growth and development. She resides in Towson, MD, with her husband Casey and their two children, AJ and Ava.
